Chaos and beauty coexist in We Bloom Despite. Energetic green splatters and textured layers form an untamed, unpredictable foundation. Rising from this intensity are wild daisies — sculpted thick with paint using a palette knife, rooted and radiant. A monarch butterfly rests among them, drawn to their quiet strength.
Born from instinct rather than intention, this painting emerged through spontaneous creation. Heavy texture and expressive layering became a release, a return to creating on my own terms without constraint or expectation. The daisies embody calm confidence and joy. Like wildflowers, they simply bloom — even amid chaos, even when conditions are far from perfect. We Bloom Despite speaks to resilience that doesn't require struggle, growth without apology, and beauty that persists naturally. It asks viewers to reflect on their own "despite" — the ways they continue to flourish regardless. Because even in the chaos, beautiful things still grow.
